We're moving on Monday 22nd September ... but just around the corner

We are delighted to announce that the practice will be moving to new premises on Monday 22nd September 2025.  We're not moving very far.  Apart from a new logo, nothing else will change.  Our name and phone number will remain the same, this will ensure continuity of your GP services locally in an accessible location.  If you already have an appointment booked with us on or after our moving date, simply come to the new site.

New building

Our new home is just behind our current site on Phillips Parade road.  It has ample parking for staff and visitors along everything else you'd expect from a modern health facility.  The building was formerly owned by Swansea Bay University Health Board and had fallen into a state of poor repair.   It is historically significant, being the last remaining part of the original Swansea Hospital Site.

The Partnership has made a significant investment to purchase and restore the building.   This will secure the future of the practice and ensure that we continue to provide the very best care to our patients.

The location of the new site is detailed on the map below.  Our new address will be: Brunswick Health Centre, Phillips Parade, Swansea. SA1 4JL
